Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years helping many. There are hundreds of acupuncture points on the body which run along meridians (energy pathways). The Chinese call this energy Qi. Each point has a purpose and is used to stimulate and balance the body. When the body is out of balance we feel ill, or notice that something just isn’t right. Acupuncture can help the body restore balance and is particularly beneficial for pain relief, people with diabetes, colitis, arthritis, sports injuries, high blood pressure, acne, eczema, circulation, stress, depression and more. By stimulating the Qi, the body can begin to rebalance itself. The needles used are the width of a course human hair and treatments are quite relaxing!
