Strides Spa and Wellness Centre is a beautiful, elegant and modern facility combining health, beauty and wellness simultaneously. Strides Spa, was established in June 2014. Located on the 2nd level of MacMillan Centre and spanning 6,000 square feet, the centre offers a multitude of health services all under one roof: Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Reiki and Medical Laser Services, as well as a beautiful full hair salon and esthetics studio, allowing groups of 4-8 to book manicures and pedicures together. Strides Spa is fully licensed; offering wine, beer and Champagne from our beverage menu but complimentary tea and flavoured water is available in our client lounge. As a complement to our laser services, we are proud to offer Cosmetic Medicine.
Please Respect Our Cancellation Policy
When an appointment is booked, we reserve that time specifically for you. If you cancel late or do not attend, we may be unable to fill the reserved time, which results in lost revenue associated with a scheduled service.
We require 24 hour cancellation notice or a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged.
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee of the service.
Rescheduling is permitted once if requested at least 48 hours in advance and no fee will be charged.
In cases of emergencies or illness, we may offer a one-time reschedule if notified as soon as possible.

Spa Etiquette
Please respect our ring-tone free zone. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Relax with a refreshment in our client lounge. You may be asked to fill out a client health history questionnaire upon your first visit. We recommend booking your appointments and packages 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure you receive the time and practitioner/technician you have requested.
